Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Zhwand Charity Foundation. Every dollar donated helps fund books, meals, teachers, and aid for families in Kunar Province and surrounding regions of Afghanistan.

Donations Are Final

Because donations are used quickly to meet urgent program needs, all contributions are considered final once processed. We are generally unable to offer refunds.

Mistakes Happen

If you made a donation by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will review the situation in good faith. Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

Email zhwandcharity@gmail.com with:

• The name on the donation
• The date and amount of the donation
• The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Tax Receipts

Zhwand Charity Foundation will provide a donation acknowledgment upon request for your records. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility in your jurisdiction.
